Currently, for employees, we do not have a utility in place that will allow you to recover lost passwords on your own. If you have forgotten a password for one of our systems, you will need to contact our IT Support Team to have it reset.  


If a student needs help, they can reset their password using the utility found under "Reset Password" in my.greenville. If you are an employee who use to be a student, this will only work with your student account and not your employee account.
